There are many fine programs for junior girls in Arizona. The individuals running these programs vary from dedicated volunteers to LPGA and PGA professionals.
The AWGA takes a great deal of responsibility for insuring that the best of these programs have the funding and support that they need to flourish and meet the needs of our junior girls, who are the future of the game for women.
The AWGA Junior Golf Committee is a group of dedicated women who volunteer to provide the organizational and promotional skills necessary to conduct fundraisers, organize volunteer efforts, inspire local champions of the cause to step forward to do the ongoing work of running these programs. AWGA member clubs are a large and dependable source of funds for these important junior programs.
